WHAT IT COSTS

Our architect and builders have estimated the total cost of this mission-affirming project to be $2.87 million.

During the campaign quiet phase, Emmanuel has already received generous commitments totaling $1.5 million, gifts which signal a belief in the importance of this work.

While we know that this project is going to be funded through a combination of resources, our goal is to raise as much of the remaining $1.37 million as possible through generosity of Emmanuel’s parishioners and friends, in order to minimize the impact on the church’s long-term finances. We intend to begin construction work on the project before the end of this year, with all pledged commitments payable within three years. Construction is expected to take about one year to complete.
